About Secure Recruitment
Secure Healthcare Solutions was formed in August 2015 from humble beginnings. We were established by a group of dynamic individuals with great knowledge and experience in healthcare who truly wanted to make a difference. Both owners of the business started it with over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector, showcasing just how passionate they both are about helping others. One owner is an accountant by trade and worked as an operations and finance manager for a national care company for many years, specialising in recruitment, supported living and community care. The other owner has over twenty years experience in the recruitment sector; specifically in healthcare recruitment. In 2015 they decided to give it a go of their own and fill a niche in the market for job roles in the healthcare remit for those that are looking for a new career, providing roles for the businesses that require them, and healthcare help and support for those that need it the most.
Since then, we have grown exponentially and now have a team of over two hundred nursing staff, over five hundred healthcare assistants, and support over two hundred establishments all across the Midlands. The business began as a recruitment firm from its head office in Wolverhampton. It quickly expanded to cover Birmingham, Dudley, Walsall, Telford, Shrewsbury, Worcester, Stafford and Stoke, and now also covers the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
Secure Healthcare Solutions now works with some of the largest providers, such as BUPA and Priory and ensures we offer the most high-quality service each and every time.
In 2016 we registered with CQC for Personal Care and Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury and began to supply community care services to those in the Wolverhampton area.
In 2018 we were awarded the Wolverhampton and Staffordshire Living frameworks.
In 2019 we were awarded the Staffordshire Homecare and Complex Care frameworks.
In 2020 we have been awarded supply to the National NHS temporary framework and the Wolverhampton Council Community framework.
It is our wealth of experience, our passion and our continuous innovation which has made us one of the leading nursing and home care agencies in the UK. We now work with over 300 candidates a week and supply over 100 Nursing Residential homes weekly and provide care daily In the community to over 100 vulnerable people from adults to children. We are extremely dedicated to our company and always looking to expand, improve and help even more people that need us. Our community care is in the process of expansion all across the West Midlands and both our complex care services and recruitment services all across the Midlands.
